Transportation

The Massena Central School District Transportation Department takes its role in educating our students very seriously.  Approximately 2400 students in the district are eligible for transportation services.  All students who live outside the walking perimeter of the school they attend are eligible for transportation, as set by the Board of Education.

The transportation department has a staff of one director, one dispatcher, one bus washer, three mechanics, thirty one drivers and five bus monitors. If you are interested in learning more about training to become a substitute driver call our transportation department today.

If you are a parent thinking of moving into the Massena Central School District, call the transportation department to see which elementary school attendance zone your home will be in and whether your child will be eligible for transportation.
